Remember to brush before meals, or wait for about an hour after eating, as tooth enamel needs time to recover after meals (being susceptible to damage for about 40 mins).

2️⃣ Perfect Your Technique: For effective brushing, we recommend using the modified bass technique and brushing for a minimum of 2 minutes. This ensures a thorough clean for your pearly whites.

3️⃣ Spit, Don't Rinse: After brushing, spit out the toothpaste but avoid rinsing your mouth with water. This allows the fluoride in the toothpaste to continue protecting your teeth, strengthening your enamel.

4️⃣ Choose the Right Toothpaste: Opt for a toothpaste with a fluoride content of over 1350 parts per million (ppm) for adults (please consult a dental professional for children). It's a game-changer for dental health!

5️⃣ Get the Right Brush: Use a toothbrush with soft or medium bristles, and don't forget to replace it every three months. This ensures optimal cleaning and prevents bacterial build up.
